A: Normally, samples will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But, for some stock items, we can offer you free samples, but the freight should be paid by your side.
Q2: DO you accept private label on product?
A: Evermore could not only produce its own brand and design, but also accept OEM and ODM service, which means design and specifications of products can be customized to meet clients' requirements. This offer can be provided according to quantity of purchase.
Q3: DO you have any certificates?
A: ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO22716, GMPC, FDA, RSPO, COSMOS, FSC, CE...
Q4: Can you do the packing design for us?
A: Yes, we have a professional team with 10 persons having rich experience in display design and manufacturing. Just share us your idea and needs, we'll provide different design options.
Q5: What are your terms of payment?
A: Payment<= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70%balance before shipment. Long terms of payment could be supported base on further cooperation.
Q6: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are professional manufacturer for hospitality industry with more than 10 years experience. Including hotel soap, slipper, toothbrush, shampoo shower gel etc.You can inform us in advance and we could arrange everything for you.
